I've been pic hunting for a setting to fit my story. This is probably something I wasn't looking for all that much, to be honest, but it's making me reconsider. I feel like I'm going to toss this in as another location in the story. Mm.

Once I have it up and running, I'll run back and toss you the link to see it, if you're interested. =]
Good work, stranger!

Gorgeous work! I don't suppose you have a higher res version (e.g. for a 1920x1200 screen) knocking around so I can use it as a desktop picture?

Yup, this one, without the mountains, while it's a little less 'firmly on the ground' so to speak, it's got a more graceful "up in the air" feel. (and no repeated textures lol.)

Wow... Uh, thank goodness it doesn't take my bottom jaw to make a comment as it is currently on the floor.... Did you use Greeble or Dystopia City blocks or something similar to make the city details or did you use primitives with Textures and displacement? Also... how long did it take your poor computer to spit something like this out? (Network render?) I am very interested to know. I've attempted a city scene but NOTHING near this level of detail... I happen to like the flying city version myself if a pole was being made. Wow... Great Job!

For the little buildings I have use greeble to generate than I have rework a little bit these blocks created by greeble.

To reach the definition of 5000*3000 I have to make a blowup rendering.

Jeff
